Known for its exquisite marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture, Wagyu beef—often raised in Japan—is revered for its unmatched tenderness and depth of flavour. Throughout the evening, each course will hero this luxurious ingredient in a variety of refined and creative dishes.
Our menu will include dishes such as Slow Cooked Wagyu Croquettes with Smoked Chilli Mayo, Wagyu Tartare with Yuzu Mustard, Pickled Shimeji, Wagyu Brioche Toast, followed by Wagyu Rump with Truffle Beurre Blanc Sauce and Black Truffle Parmesan Dauphinoise, finishing with Wagyu Chocolate Cake, White Chocolate Ice Cream.
Members will receive an additional complimentary middle course, specially crafted by our chefs.
£95 per person including a complimentary Wagyu Old Fashioned cocktail on arrival.
A £20 deposit is required upon booking.
